ROBERT K. ERLANGER
Robert first started practicing law in 1985 with a large New Jersey firm as a litigation associate. In 1988, he moved back to New York City where he worked for the largest U.S. international airline for two years in a business capacity, and then returned to law doing personal injury defense litigation.
Robert first represented plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits in 1994; by 2002, he was representing plaintiffs almost exclusively and started the Firm.
Anna Livshits joined Erlanger Law Firm as Of Counsel in 2016. Her primary focus is personal injury litigation. Before joining the Firm, Anna was an associate at a mid-size personal injury firm where she worked on medical malpractice and construction accident lawsuits
She previously worked at an immigration law practice where she specialized in immigration defense, asylum and criminal defense. Anna helped refugees from Central America, particularly victims of domestic and gang-related violence, seek asylum in America.
Anna received her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2016. She was student editor of the New York Environmental Lawyer of the New York State Bar Association. She received the Dean’s Excellence Award for legal analysis, writing, and research in 2013. Anna is admitted to practice in New York.
