Anna Livshits joined Erlanger Law Firm as Of Counsel in 2016. Her primary focus is personal injury litigation, including construction site and motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. Anna has helped her clients obtain numerous settlements at or near policy limits. Before joining the Firm, Anna was an associate at a mid-size personal injury firm where she worked on construction accident and medical malpractice lawsuits.

In 2022, Anna received a Top 100 New York Personal Injury jury verdict, as reported by TopVerdict. She was also selected as a 2022 Rising Star, New York Metro SuperLawyers. Anna received her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2015, where she was student editor of the New York Environmental Lawyer of the New York State Bar Association. In 2013, she received the Dean’s Excellence Award for legal analysis, writing, and research.
