The Firm’s strength is personal representation. When you become our client, only the attorney handling your matter will communicate with you.

As our client, you should know how your case is moving along and be able to see electronically filed documents.  Documents e-filed with the New York Supreme Court in your case may be found at “Search as Guest.” Enter your case the Index number or your name under the “Name” tab. 

Our Lawsuit Road Map guides you through how cases move through the New York State Supreme Court in New York City. Lawsuits in state court may proceed slowly but lawsuits in the U.S. District Courts will move quickly.
